DVS Shoes offers a hassle-free return policy for all unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
